Original artwork :This is a street view of one of the roads in a North Indian town called Jammu (Jammu & kashmir ) I grew up there .This drawing is close to my heart as it evokes memories of galavanting with mates on a late summer evening for long walks while we people watched .Time speeds away but fond memories of those evenings linger .Those friends are all now spread out in states here in uk and India .This drawing is done in India ink with Japanese brushes on handmade paper .A first in the series of cityscapes in black ink .Materials used:Indian ink on paper Tags:#city scene #cityscape #ink drawing #black ink #black cityscape #ink cityscape #blackandwhite cityscape
