Mountain Lake (2019) Oil painting by Elizabeth B. Tucker

Original artwork :”Mountain Lake” was painted as a demo for a class I was teaching. It is a small landscape oil painting of a scene often seen in mountains. In California we see lots of beautiful lakes as one climbs the Sierras.I primarily paint small, intimate works as they can be placed in any setting and are priced for affordability. This comes unframed and un-mounted so that your framer can mount it and frame it correctly. One way that I often display my work is with a beautiful mat and then framed giving the piece more presence. For a more casual look I like to sit an unframed piece up on a shelf or side table. Let me know if you would like the painting mounted on wood for an additional $10.People describe my work as calming and soothing the soul. I hope each of my pieces does that for you. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The painting will be varnished, wrapped in waxed paper, and packing material to prevent damage. I try to use recycled materials whenever possible in shipping. Because all computer screens are calibrated differently, colors may differ on different monitors. Most paintings have much more nuanced colors in person. I want you to be totally happy with your paintings, so of course, if you aren’t, you are welcome to return it.International buyers accept responsibility for tariffs, customs, and all other fees.Materials used:canvas and archival oil paintsTags:#cottage cabin art #lakeside art #landscape #impressionistic #autumn #mountain #lake #mountain lake #cabin art #impressionistic mountain landscape #mountain cabin art
