Original artwork :Original small tempera painting on stretched canvasSize : 40×40 cm (15,75×15,75 in)Format : squareIn creating this piece, I sought to evoke the timeless beauty and romance of a storied castle, surrounded by a vibrant rose garden. I used oil pastel and tempera to blend the vivid, lush colors of the flowers with the solid, enduring structure of the castle. The interplay of expressionism and impressionism conveys both the dreamlike quality of the scene and its grounding in realism. This painting invites the viewer to lose themselves in a moment of beauty and tranquility, offering a sense of escape and serenity to any space it graces.Materials used:TemperaTags:#blue #white #green #trees #contemplative #castle #summer landscape #chateau
