Original artwork :Roosters are never far from my mind.Their colorful plumage attracts me immensely. This one is rather cheerful, with feathers in bright and rich turquoise and burnt orange.I have used salt liberally to create texture in his plumage. The spills and spatter are the part of the painting, as its an impressionistic style painting.Close up shot are provided for better understanding of the texture,Please note that actual colors may vary a little from the image on your screens. The painting will ship unframed and flat packed in a cardboard box.It will come with a signed certificate of authenticity.Materials used:Saunders Waterford 140 lb and W&N artist paintsTags:#colorful #birds #rooster #watercolors #impressionist art #roosters #animals and #rooster painting #chicken art #rooster art #blue rooster
